Institute of Chinese Cuisine™ (ICC) is a global culinary institution dedicated to setting the international standard for Chinese gastronomy. As the flagship academy of Blue Banner™, ICC represents the future of Chinese culinary education—where tradition, innovation, and leadership intersect.
Rooted in over 18 years of professional training experience and global collaboration, ICC builds on the legacy of LACCI (Los Angeles Chinese Culinary Institute) and the educational excellence of Blue Banner’s founding team. In 2025, ICC was officially launched as an independent professional institution under the Blue Banner system to empower the next generation of Chinese culinary masters.
At ICC, we believe great chefs are more than technicians—they are cultural flagbearers, entrepreneurs, and creative leaders. Every graduate of ICC carries not just a skillset, but a vision to reshape the global narrative of Chinese cuisine.

關於中餐學院(Institute of Chinese Cuisine, ICC)
中餐學院(Institute of Chinese Cuisine™,簡稱 ICC) 是一所隸屬於 藍旗教育集團(Blue Banner Group) 的現代中餐職業學院,致力於提升中餐專業水準,打造國際認可的中餐教育體系與人才標準。
ICC 起源於 2019 年創立的 洛杉磯中餐學院(LACCI),是藍旗教育集團在美國創建的第一所中餐學校。隨著藍旗體系的擴展,我們於 2025 年正式升級為 ICC – Institute of Chinese Cuisine™,並以 ICC-LA(洛杉磯中餐學院) 為全球總部,啟動分校系統建設,未來將陸續成立 ICC-SF(舊金山)、ICC-Seattle(西雅圖)、ICC-NY(紐約)、ICC-Chicago(芝加哥) 等多地分校。
