About Blue Banner Institute

Blue Banner Institute of Chinese Cuisine™ is a global education brand built upon a singular mission: to raise the global standard of Chinese culinary arts and establish the next generation of culinary flagbearers. We are proudly rooted in tradition, yet boldly advancing toward a new international future.

Formerly known as LACCI (Los Angeles Chinese Culinary Institute), we began in 2019 as a local institute committed to elevating Chinese culinary training in Los Angeles. Over time, our impact expanded beyond the classroom and city. With the emergence of the Blue Banner™ system—including the Flagbearer Program™, Blue Banner Directory™, and global expansion initiatives—our brand identity naturally evolved. In 2025, we formally transitioned from LACCI to the Blue Banner Institute, unifying all of our programs under one global name.

At the heart of our culture lies the Blue Banner Flagbearer™ ideal—a chef, educator, or innovator who leads with honor, skill, and vision. Our students do more than learn technique—they carry the future of Chinese cuisine.

 

We offer more than culinary training. We empower chefs, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders to:

關於藍旗中餐學院

藍旗中餐學院(Blue Banner Institute of Chinese Cuisine)是一所專為中餐職人而生的現代職業學院,致力於打造全球中餐文化的榮譽體系與職業高地。

 

前身為創立於2019年的洛杉磯中餐學院(LACCI),我們最初的使命是現代化中餐技藝培訓,並建立系統化的教學與認證標準。隨著“藍旗”文化的逐步成型,我們於2025年正式更名為藍旗中餐學院(Blue Banner Institute of Chinese Cuisine),並以洛杉磯為全球總部,統一全球中餐人才認證與旗手培訓制度。
